But what if you want something a little bit easier? We can help with that! Freshly offers chef-made, healthy meals that are delivered right to your home anywhere in the U.S.

What Makes Freshly Different?
Freshly prioritizes nutrition across the board. All of their meals are designed to be low in sugar, and all ingredients are minimally processed. Freshly’s chefs rely on complex carbs, healthy fats, nutrient-dense ingredients, and quality proteins to create dishes that are as flavorful as they are heath-forward.
Each Freshly meal has around 500 calories and approximately 30 grams of protein, leaving you feeling satisfied with no risk of slipping into a carb coma. The development team behind Freshly’s new recipes employ various hacks to get even more healthy ingredients on to your plate, for example, subbing out the heavy cream in a sauce and adding cauliflower instead. Meals are also gluten-free by design, though you might not know it thanks to some clever ingredient swapping.
How Freshly Works
Ordering from Freshly is simple. First, select a plan. The company offers options to have 4, 6, 10, or 12 meals delivered each week. Once you have chosen a plan it’s time to choose which meals you’ll want from Freshly’s weekly menu. You can view an ingredients list and nutritional data for each option, which is helpful for calorie counters or anyone with dietary restrictions.
After you’ve selected your meals for the week, they will be prepared and packed for shipping. Freshly’s proprietary packaging materials are designed to keep the contents chilled under any conditions. All of your meals will arrive in one box, and once your order has shipped you’ll receieve a confirmation email. (You can also use the Freshly app to select your meals and track deliveries.) All you have to do is refrigerate your meals until you’re ready to eat them.
Freshly gives subscribers the option to skip a week (or more than one week) without any fees. You can also change your delivery day or have your meals delivered to another address, say, if you’re traveling.
