Every healthy recipe in this plan is gluten-free and high in protein. (If you love carbs, choose one of the other two plans.) Weekly meal plans vary, but home cooks can expect to be whipping up dishes like almond-crusted barramundi, blackened chicken thighs, and harissa-spiced shrimp.
Vegetarians and vegans will love this healthy, easy option from Green Chef. Every week brings a new menu of choices like ancho-lime sweet potato bowls, green pea and feta falafel, plant-based protein tacos, and sesame-ginger glazed tofu.
Whichever plan you choose, there are a variety of recipes to choose from and most take about 30 minutes to prepare. Green Chef makes things a little easier by pre-measuring and prepping ingredients before they’re shipped to customers, and all marinades, sauces, and spice blends come ready-made.
